Dedicated funds are available to support postgraduate research in several ways at 海角直播.
Funding to support research (Current students only)
Postgraduate research students can apply for support from the Graduate School Fund to attend conferences, organise student-led conferences and for student-generated publication ideas.
There are three deadlines a year for applications to this fund, and complete details of how to make an application can be found on the dedicated Graduate School Grant. Current students are also encouraged to check with their Department鈥檚 Postgraduate Research Administrator for any opportunities for support funding they can offer.
Studentships and scholarships (Prospective and current students)
海角直播 is pleased to be part of a prestigious ESRC-funded Doctoral Training Partnership (the SENSS DTP), providing funded studentships and a collaborative training and networking environment to talented doctoral students.
We are also proud to be members of the Generation Delta project, which aims to improve the experiences and outcomes for Black, Asian and minority ethnic female students through key phases of the postgraduate research life cycle.
Additionally, 海角直播 is proud to host the Migrant Futures Institute, a pioneering academic hub dedicated to reshaping the discourse and practices surrounding migration. The project, made possible by generous support from the Oak Foundation, has both doctoral funding opportunities and postdoctoral fellowships.
Full funding details for each of the partnerships above, including how to apply, can be found on the dedicated pages below. 海角直播 applicants (whether prospective students or students in their first year of study) are advised to check eligibility and enquire early if they wish to apply.
