Postgraduate Certificates and Diplomas

PGCert and PGDip programmes give you the chance to engage with Masters-level thinking and ideas, however, are shorter than regular taught postgraduate courses. The wide range of subjects we offer at º£½ÇÖ±²¥ allows you to enhance your career or learn something new in a flexible way that suits you.

In a nutshell, you can learn the content from a Masters without having to write a dissertation.

What is a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert)?

On a PGCert you'll study modules equivalent to 60 credits. The modules studied will depend on the programme you choose. Modules are often taught over three academic terms or a year as a part-time study option, making the PGCert the shortest postgraduate qualification we offer. This is a good option to enhance your subject knowledge in a particular area.

What is a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip)?

Our PGDips are slightly longer than PGCerts, however, still provide greater flexibility than a traditional Masters programme. You'll study 120 credits worth of modules, which are different depending on your choice of PGDip. Our programmes usually can be studied over 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time, the course length is specified on individual programme pages.

Please note: we are unable to sponsor students for a student visa on PGCert and PGDip programmes.
